MTB Freeride X-Short – everything a biker needs!

This freeride special is made for bikers with little time. We created an extraordinary route, where you will experience all aspects of the Alps and their different kinds of vegetation. The tour will start on a mountain ridge, which is part of the border between Austria and Switzerland and from where we will have a nice view of Fluchthorn. The first highlight of this tour will be Fimberpass. Afterwards we’ll enjoy our stay at the Crush Alba Hotel in beautiful S-Charl. Great trails will lead us into Val Müstair and further towards the Stelvio Pass, so we can ride down the popular Goldsee trail. This tour is genious! We will ride down 2400 metres in one afternoon! At the Furkelhütte, a mountain lodge, we’ll have a break with time for coffee and cake and enjoy the impressive view at the Ortler glacier. On the following day, we’ll go up really high. A mountain pass at 3130 metres with a view of Königsspitze and Ortler is almost impossible to outstrip. On day 4 we’ll have a shuttle ride from Latsch to Samnaun. The last awsome trail through Velill Valley will round off our trip perfectly! This trip offers short, intense and just fun freeride days in the middle of the Alps.

11000 metres of downhill biking with ascents of only 3200 metres.

We ride in small groups (max. 7 participants), to create perfect biking days for you. We are permanently accompanied by a shuttle car, which will pick us up time and again to bridge annoying flat sections, and carry your luggage.

Days 1-4:

We are purposely not giving away the details of the route of this tour. At the moment, no other guiding company offers this tour, because one has to explore the whole area before beeing able to guide here. We worked really hard to prepare this camp for you. If you are passionate about mountain biking and nature, and have some pioneering spirit, you would simplylove this camp. You will definitively experience tremendous impressions of the unique landscape and trails. You will break new ground in a region you thought you knew already! After our last run followed by a well-deserved closing off-session coffe. From here, everyone departs individually.

  1. Approx. 11,000 metres downhill/ Approx.3,200 metres uphill

This offer is subject to changes, as we have not completed our exploring. New tours and opportunities might come up, which we would then integrate in the tour to optimise this trip for you.

One more thing:
This tour is challenging when it comes to your riding techniques and physical fitness! You ought to have experience with challenging trails and different kinds of soil – this is a prerequisite! Few parts of this tour are exposed and will be signalled by the guide early on. You need good stamina and a certain drive to ride, push and carry your bike about 800 metres up in one go. We assume that you control your bike safely and use equipment of high quality.
